This notice is given pursuant to art . 13 of Legislative Decree . N . 196/2003 - Code for the protection of personal data to those who interact with web services .  This statement is prompted by Recommendation no . 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data gathered by the Group established . 29 of Directive . 95/46 / EC , adopted on 17 May 2001 to establish minimum requirements for collecting personal data online , and , in particular , the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages , regardless of the purpose of the link.

Under Art.13 of the Consolidated hereof, we inform you that the personal information you provide to this Company will be processed for purposes related to mutual obligations assumed and for statistical purposes , commercial, promotional and credit protection . The data processing will be done through automated tools to store, manage and transmit the data and also after their communication to associates as well as to third parties who provide our Company with data processing services or activities supporting or complementary to that of DNA Marine.

We inform you , again, that , in relation to these treatments , you may exercise your rights under Art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and , in particular , the right:

1 ) to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data that concern you and their communication in intelligible form;

2 ) to obtain information on enforcement of personal data, the purposes and methods of treatment, the logic applied to computerized processing , the identity of the owner and managers , the recipients or categories of recipients to whom

      the data may be or who may become aware ;

3) to obtain updating, rectification or integration of data; the cancellation, anonymization or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data that need not be kept for the purposes for which it was collected and subsequently treated;

     certification that the operations mentioned above have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, except when required by law;

4) to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of your personal data, pertinent for collection purposes and, in any case, those provided for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying

     out market research or commercial communication. Under Article. 13, 1st co., Letter. b) and c) of Legislative lsg. 196/2003, we inform you that your refusal to provide the requested data to the time of collection of information, may result

     in the impossibility for this company to accept the proposed order made by you. Data processor in accordance with Legislative Decree 196/2003, is DNA Marine LTD and controller of the data under the same rule is DNA Marine himself

In relation to the above , the underwriter of this proposed order , hereby express freely consent to the treatment , by DNA Marine of their personal data , communicated to MISUSE company here or in during subsequent supply relationships or assistance , allowing also the communication and dissemination abroad of all data specified above to other entities , companies, entities or consortiums that provide the Company publishing services still associated with its activity or relating to the protection , management and collection of its receivables .
